bordering to a green area. Only 150m.of the beach.

Classification
The
living is in L-form with sitting and dining room,
digital satellite TV, Video, DVD and CD music centre.
The double garden door gives access to the sun terrace
where relaxing chairs wait for you. A wide well
equipped kitchen with cooker on gas, dishwasher,
fridge-freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, mixer,
toaster, orange juice press, etc. complete crockery and
cutlery sets, glasses and table accessories are
abundantly present. The washing machine stands in a
separate space on the promenade. Two bedrooms have each
2 single beds (90x2.00m), the third bedroom has two bunk
beds (90x200m) and is good for 4 persons. You have
access to the bathroom and living by means of common
corridor. Continental quilt and pillows are present.
Adjacent
to the villa are the terraces which connect the private
pool. From the terrace you have a great view on the
swimming pool (8x4m). The swimming pool is provided with
walk-in stairs and it has been preserved with mosaic
flags and has halogen lightening. At the front terrace
of the villa you have a large teak-dining table
(2.40x1.00m) with 8 chairs. The villa is provided with
teak furniture all provided with pillows, this to
increase your comfort. In the garden is an outside
shower room (only cold water) with lavabo hidden behind
a bamboo forest. Also there is a fixed barbecue, you
imagine yourself here in a real outside kitchen.
In this
villa is a cot, baby chair, hair dryer, iron and
ironing
board.
The villa
has been protected with iron grills and wooden shutters
for all windows and doors.
The
garden has been closed well entirely and there is no
vis-ŕ-vis this increases your comfort.
